November birchbox
First I'm loving the mermaid inspired colours and design of this months box, I have re-used all my birchboxes to house all my various nicknacks in my ever expanding product draw (yes it is a large draw)!
The content looked pretty good too, the black and white packaging, the full size product and the hairband! I always get excited about an extra beauty treat!
The Percy and Reed smoothed, sealed and sensational volumising no oil oil £14 is light weight and as the name suggests it doesn't feel oily at all but does manage to tame any frizz and fly aways without weighing it down. It did add a little lift to my root area too so I will be using this again.
The L.Erickson grab and go ponytail holder is just the right size and colour to discreetly hold my hair back off my face in a sophisticated ponytail and doesn't looks too bad on my wrist in the mean time.
The full size treat to my delight was a hand cream! cowshed cowpat moisturising hand cream to be precise. We all love a hand cream especially me, I like one on my bedside table, one in my lounge and one in my handbag! With the grapefruit and coriander essential oils you can close your eyes and pretend your at a spa (I wish)!
I was so happy to see another product from lord and berry as I loved the blush from a previous box so much I was hoping to try more of their range. The Lord and berry silhouette neutral lip liner £9 is perfect to line your lips when you are wearing any and every shade of lipstick, the waxy clear pencil gives a barrier the edge of your lips preventing bleeding of lip colour and gives a precise plumped finish, great for keeping those red shades where you want them.
I had not heard of absolution but was happy to find their La Crème de teint £35 in my box of goodies, the colour is a little light for me at the moment but with the winter months drawing in i'll be pale enough in no time!(all the more important to fill in your personal profile correctly to receive the right goodies for you) the crème is light weight but gives a nice coverage and dewy glow leaving my skin looking and feeling healthy, just what I need after a long night up with my babies.
And last but not least Delarom crème Acquaconfort £34 (face moisturiser to you and me) with its light hydrating consistency and gentle but fresh smell this product really works to give your tired skin the little lift it deserves with almond oils, apricot oils and vitamin E and organic aloe vera it sounds good enough to eat.
I think we can safely say this months birchbox was a winner.
