Heliocare spf 50
This is one of my spring /summer favourites. It goes on like a tinted moisturiser, it is tinted oil free and gives a radiant glow. Most importantly it gives factor 50 sun protection and that's from UVA (ageing rays) as well as UVB (burning rays) rays.The other magic ingredient is " fernblock" this is an antioxidant derived from the fern plant which is able to protect itself from the sun and inhibits DNA damage caused by the sun, so it is a great anti-ageing product too.The level of protection is more advanced than other brands, it has the ability to activate the skins immune defences before during and after sun exposure. it can inhibit DNA damage in skin cells which can lead to cancer. It helps to prevent structural changes in the skin slowing the ageing process. With all these benefits you can see why its my summer go to base in replacement of my foundation. The sun has been out this weekend even if we haven't! Even though we cant go too far we still need to protect from the sun in the garden. The heliocare spray spf 50 200ml £25 is water resistant non greasy and quick and easy to apply. I purchased this last year and after multiple applications on the kids daily it lasted out most of the summer! its a great sunscreen for the whole family as it contains both mineral and non mineral uv filters to limit sun induced allergic skin reactions so great if you suffer from prickly heat or heat rash. Its great for mum too as it slows the onset of premature ageing. Win win and worth the extra pennies.
